Cans for Camp We are looking for a recycling champion to help support Trinity Camp! Each month, we need someone to take our collected recycle cans to the recycling center and bring proceeds back to the church offi ce.It's a simple but important once a month commitment, and every can counts toward helping making camp possible for our kids!If you're willing to take on this monthly ministry, and help turn cans into camp memories, we'd love to have you!Please contact Kathleen in the church offi ce or Andrew Christopherson if you're interested. 2027 Camp Dates June 13-19 2027 Trinity Church Camp CAMP NOW. CAMP FOREVER. Trinity Camp is a great time for all children who have completed 2nd grade through high school to experience a week of Christian fellowship. The camp site has land games like archery, volleyball, high-ropes, and a waterfront right on Big Bear Lake, with paddle boards, pedal boats, kayaks, canoes and more. Every day starts with a theme based activity in coordination with chapel time in which includes drama, singing and dancing. There is plenty of time for campers to do arts and crafts, join other campers in board games, and hang out at the water front. The day ends with a campfire which includes skits provided by the campers and more singing. It's a great week of fun and creating wonderful memories. Trinity Church Camp has been an integral part of our community and youth program since 1912. In 2014, the camp returned to the Santa Monica YMCA Camp in Big Bear, CA. This was Trinity Camp's home from 1977 to 2008. The location provides a large waterfront on Boulder Bay for kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, pedal boats, canoes, and lake front swimming. Land activities include gaga ball, archery, basketball, ping-pong, arts and crafts, volleyball, a ropes course, and frisbee golf. A pool heated to a comfortable 80 degrees is available to campers. The longevity of Trinity Camp has been made possible by the generous support of the parishioners at Trinity. Music is a key part of the fun, provided by musicians and stage personalities! It has been through their dedication to sharing their great talents that all campers are provided immeasurable joy and leadership in the camp's worship and campfire activities. Traditions of songs and campfire skits are just two gems of Trinity Camp, but there are so many more – if you want to know more, just ask one of the thousands of Trinity Campers from over 100 years! Bible & Book Studies Bible Study Bible study is about growing in understanding and faith together, letting Scripture become something lived, not just read. We hope you will join us in this practice of reading, reflecting, and discussing the Bible. Each week we read and discuss the Lectionary for the following Sunday. The group meets on Tuesdays, at 6:30 pm in our St. Jerome Library for Bible Study led by Brian Castillo. Chic' Lits Chic’Lits is a book club for woman of the church. We meet on the first Monday of the month at church or in one of the member’s home. We begin the meeting with some snacks, wine and socializing. After a brief synopsis of the book and a little background on the author presented by one of the members, normally the person who suggested the book, we have a discussion of the book. The group is open to all woman. This is a wonderful place to get to know some of the other woman of the congregation.

Y.A.P. (Young Adults Praying) Youth Programs Young People's Bible Study Youth are meeting with Fr. Dunn and youth sponsors for Bible study Fridays at 5:30 pm ! All are welcome – bring a friend and let’s learn together! Youth Group Y.A.P. (Young Adults in Prayer) is a youth focused group hosted by Trinity Episcopal Church. Our goal is to support youth, foster community, and have fun! YAP is open to anyone in 9th-12th grade . While the group is hosted by Trinity Episcopal Church, church membership is not required to participate. All are welcome! It has been has been designated as one of Redlands Historical Society's Heritage Buildings. The congregation began as a mission church in 1886 with her first service held near Hinckley Ranch on Mission Road. A year later, Redlands city planners Judson and Brown, donated a lot on the corner of what is now Center and Home Place, and a permanent building was erected with the name "Trinity" to reflect the union of the three localities of the area "in one ecclesiastical charge to the glory of the Triune God." Trinity is one of 147 congrega tions in the Episcopal Diocese of Los Angeles , a diocese of the Episcopal Church , the United States province of the Anglican Communion . Spiritual Care The heart of any parish community is its prayer life. The clergy of Trinity aim to support the prayer lives of our parishioners by offering solid Sunday worship experiences, healing prayers, pastoral care, support groups, practical study in prayer and scripture, and the example and encouragement of leaders who pray. Your clergy and other parish leaders are always available to speak with you about your spiritual life. Wednesday Healing Service All are invited to join us on Wednesdays at 11:00 am bringing all that troubles and pains you for healing prayer and the laying on of hands. God loves you and God’s healing power promises to make you whole. Prayers are offered by ordained and lay ministers at all Services. The laying on of hands is a sacrament in our Anglican tradition that was present in the first prayer book of 1549. The laying on of hands is an outward sign of the internal reality of God’s grace and desire to make us whole. Morning & Evening Prayer Daily prayer helps us to mark the times of the day and to express the traditions of the praying community that is traditional in Judaism and in Christianity. Both Morning and Evening prayer services include prayers, a selection from the Psalter, readings from the Holy Scriptures, one or more canticles, and the Lord's Prayer. Forms for Morning and Evening Prayer include an optional confession of sin. All are invited to join together (via Zoom) for Morning and Evening prayer. To learn more click HERE . Centering Prayer Centering prayer is a silent form of prayer, beyond word and thoughts. All are welcome, instruction provided. If you have questions please contact the parish office for leader, Ellen Camarillo's phone number. Centering Prayer is held on Mondays at 6:00 pm in the Church. Intercessory Prayer This prayer group prays for those who use the prayer request cards found in the pews of the church. Many people have volunteered to pray daily for three weeks for each request. We also pray for healing, guidance, and safety in travel for those on the Sunday Prayers of the People list received through the church office. We also praise the Lord and give thanks for answered prayers and blessings. There are no meeting, no dues, and no requirements; just a willingness to pray daily. Would you like to pray with us? Benedictines The Benedictines is a group of people interested in studying and being guided by the teachings of St. Benedict, a Christian monk, writer and theologian in about 500 AD. He established monastic communities and wrote the Rule of Saint Benedict which describes how the monks should live. He emphasizes balance, moderation and reasonableness in our lives. The Rule was used by most religious communities in the middle ages. Some consider Saint Benedict to be the founder of Western Christian monasticism . We meet the third Wednesday of each month at 5:00 PM in the Church library. We start with a potluck dinner at which we share and get to know and support each other. It is then followed by studying of the Rule. We close the meeting with Compline.
